Content & Systems Pte. Ltd. ("C&S") has created this privacy policy to inform all users of the websites it owns of how it manages information gathered and what it does with each type of data.  If you believe that we are violating our policy, or would like further information, we can be reached via e-mail at webmaster at foodvirgin dot com.

SITES COVERED BY THIS POLICY STATEMENT

This privacy policy covers sites created and owned by C&S, such as www.foodvirgin.com and www.wheregothot.com as well as related sites also owned by C&S.  

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).  To participate in forums, feedback, purchasing or other interactions with C&S websites, visitors may be required to register, during which they will be asked for information such as name, address, email address, and other identifying information.  

C&S is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, and used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site where they have specifically opted-in to such a service.  We will not sell, share or rent this information in ways that do not comply with this privacy policy.  Usage data is not shared with third parties except in aggregate form to determine a visitor's eligibility for certain services or commissions offered by those third parties, such as if a visitor clicks on an advertisement on our site from said third party.  

C&S will not share personal information it gathers with any third party entity without your permission, unless required by law enforcement action, subpoena, or local law.  In the event of a merger of acquisition of C&S or any part of the company that might affect the exposure and possession of user information to a third party, C&S will contact its registered users at the email address that they provide to inform them of the change in ownership and what implications that may have for their data on file with C&S.  

COOKIE USAGE

With respect to cookies, C&S does not use third party cookies on its sites.  It will install cookies on a visitor's computer only if and when a visitor becomes a registered member of a C&S site.  Such a cookie will carry only the information necessary to identify that visitor using information such as username and password, and to enhance and/or personalize the visitor's experience.

Each C&S website contains links to third-party sites. Please be aware that C&S is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. It encourages its users to be aware when they leave any C&S site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by C&S.

SECURITY

C&S takes reasonable precautions to protect its users' information, both online and offline.  If visitors are required to submit sensitive information (such as financial or social security information), that submission process is protected by encryption that is the typical standard used to secure internet transactions, such as SSL.

CORRESPONDENCE

C&S will not send site users email or any other kind of correspondence unless they have expressly opted-in for such a service. If users supply C&S with their postal addresses on-line they will only be contacted by mail for shipping purposes of items they have ordered.  C&S will not send them newsletters or advertisements or any other communications thereafter.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

C&S websites are not aimed at children, especially those under 13 years of age.  It does not knowingly gather information from children and takes basic precautions to avoid doing so.  Parents and guardians should take an active role in monitoring the sites that children in their care visit and the information they are allowed to submit to any entity over the world wide web.  

INFORMATION ACCURACY AND ACCESS

Upon request C&S provides site visitors with access to a description of information that it maintains about them.  Users can request these details by e-mail at the above address. All personal data that is collected (with the exception of non-identifiable aggregate usage data) in connection with registration, content submission, purchasing or other transactions can be viewed and modified by each user at any time (he or she will need to be connected to the Internet). If any of a user's profile information changes, or if they no longer desire to participate in C&S's online interactions, a user may correct, update or remove his or her data profile online by email at the above address.

SECURITY

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site, We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

If C&S's privacy policy practices change at some time in the future, it will post the policy changes to each affected website to notify users of these changes and provide them with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If visitors are concerned about how their information is used, they should check back at the relevant C&S website in question periodically.
